I am a native Japanese speaker with a PhD from a UK university and experience teaching Japanese at university level. I worked as a Lecturer teaching beginner-level Japanese courses, and later taught intermediate and advanced Japanese classes at a university in Japan. I also have experience supporting students with conversation, grammar, and academic Japanese.

Qualification: MA with a distinction in Applied linguistics, PGcert in Teaching Japanese as a foreign language

Experience: More than 20 years teaching experience in Tokyo, London and York Taught Japanese at colleges and secondary schools. Worked as a online Japanese textbook author and also worked as a publication manager for Japanese companies in London
